Slitting knife

Top shear air knife innovative design enables pnuemactic
movement of precise adjustment for upper and lower knife.
The pnuematic knife is suitable for wide range of application
in light paper, plastic film, optic film and copper or aluminum
foil differnet materials. Rigid knife holder has excellent rigidity
to perform high speed slitting up to 300m/min with excellent
slitting quality.

Full mesh belt

The conveyor part uses a full-wodth mesh belt(integral belt),
which helps to improve the smoothness of the paper surface,
completely eliminates the risk of paper edge impact, and improve
the stability of paper conveying. The equipment adds a set of suction
fan device and the mesh belt comes with a mesh, which can realize
the adsorption of the whole width and ensure the stabilit of high-
speed operation.

Electrical installation

German imported Siemens PLC and the United states Emerson
servo drive control system make the operation simpler and automatic.
Cutting length, product number and the total number of sinished
products etc. can be directly input and displayed on touch screen
timely.The American CT servo drive totary knife shaft and cooperate
with engergy storage cabinet effectively reduce power consumption
improve efficiency reduce production cost.

Material weighing

The weighing scale installed at the lifting platform can
display the weight of the paper stack timely for recording
It uses German technoglogy and adopts four-horizontal
and four-vertical structure to avoid scale damage and
measurement errors caused by the displacement of
paper stacks.
