The slitting & trimming knives are rapidly automatically changed by a pair of smart and precocious mechanical hands which can greatly improve your production efficiency and its prodcution performance based on frequent changing size of paper. According to different cutting requirements, it can coordinate with different knife type to form a different cutting solutions, such as electronic knife automatic type, manual type siamese type press-cutting type etc.

3. Non stop paper collection

Non stop paper collection system a self designed and own independent intellectual property rights is able to achieve non-stop paper collection function.  It consists of short inserting plates a long inserting plate and a friction-recuction belt etc when the paper pile on the layboy is full the short inseting plates quickly reach out to lift at end of the paper that will enter the layboy and then the long inserting plate hold the paper that has been raised by the short ezpansion plates. This moment the long insetting plate is served as a delivery board. Operator or other automatic facility can clean up the lifting platform so that non stop and continuous paper collecting can greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce production costs.
